This hotel is perfect for me! With free Wi-Fi, parking, and a fitness center, I always feel at home. The staff once helped me find my forgotten hairbrush, which I appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a city trip!

The King Suite offered a cozy and spacious atmosphere, perfect for couples. Missing privacy curtains was great. Appreciate the friendly staff and clean public areas. For future guests, bring snacks, as there are limited dining options nearby.

the hotel was fairly clean, there were excellent staff and satisfactory breakfasts. the location was favourable, close enough to casino. also, spent some time by the lake, it's 500 ft of the venue.

Had to call for towels and kleenex when we checked in. The breakfast hour ending at 9:30 am is too short.10:30am would be more like it. The central air/heat is broken and the set up is noisy and inefficient. 1970's style. Very poor.Obviously too cheap to fix it

It was great that they had extra outlets on the night stand and desk, i didn't have to search for one or resort to unplugging lamps to plug in my electronics

The pool area is very kid friendly so the hotel attracts families, there were lots of kids running up and down the hallways and slamming doors

We enjoyed our stay with super quiet rooms for a restful night and a delicious breakfast with fresh blueberries before heading out to explore the nearby Ludington Park, just a short walk away, and the charming Sand Point Lighthouse, only a bit over 4 km from the hotel, making this the perfect base for weekend adventures.

We noticed that some shortcuts were taken in constructing the building, but this did not affect our stay. The staff more than made up for the building.

The front desk chrgd my debit card 5 times in $25.00 increments until they got my last $50.00 which was my gas money to come over 500 miles home So disappointed Super 8 is my motel of choice no Comfort Suites for me Ever again!!

Great experience there. Perfect brand-new hotel with modern and updated rooms. The rooms with a comfortable decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We stayed in a spacious 2 queen suite, and it was super clean with comfy beds. The hotel offered a refreshing indoor pool and a relaxing jacuzzi. Just a heads up, the stairs leading to the pool could be a bit slippery, so watch your step 🏊‍♀️
